Naturopathy is a complete alternative medicine. It focuses on the strengthening of the body’s self-healing natural mechanisms. The goal of the naturopath is to stimulate and build up these defence mechanisms instead of treating the symptoms or pathogens (like germs) head on. By doing an overall assessment of your health, it is possible to determine with precision the real causes of metabolic dysfunctions responsible for your symptoms. Naturopathy is therefore a work of great prevention. The naturopath aims his research as much on the physical (pain, skin, breathlessness…) and mental (stress, fatigue, anxiety…) aspects as on your overall health practices (eating habits, sleep…).
