Treatments with your Physical Therapist can include manual therapy, exercises for stretching and strengthening, postural, ambulatory and functional retraining, the use of electrical modalities, therapeutic ultrasound and much more.
Please note that you can now access Physical Therapy services directly, that is without a medical prescription. Despite this, some insurances still do require a medical prescription for reimbursement, so please verify your coverage with your third party payer prior to treatment.
Clients that have suffered work related injuries (CNESST or formally the CSST) or who have had an accident on the road (SAAQ), do require a prescription from a Medical Doctor in order to begin treatment.
